1. Build jig assembly, level and secure to floor (6). Join hull bottom panels, epoxy precoat inside, and install hull bottom on jig (2). 8
2a. Centerboard assembly, lead installation, 2 layers fiberglass cloth, 3 coats epoxy, 1 coat  epoxy/graphite.  Centerboard pivot details/construction.  22
2b. Rudder and rudder cheeks assembly, lead installation, 1 layer fiberglass cloth, 3 coats epoxy.  6
2c. Install bulkheads 4-7, seat longitudinals & centerboard trunk including epoxy pre-coating and joining of multi pieced parts & applying fillets to joints. 32
3. Install stem, bulkheads 1-3, cabin and deck supports & mast trunk, epoxy pre-coat & filleting.  3 coats paint fore of B-3. 28
4. Transom pre-coat and install  3
5. Install seat cleats and sole cleats, sand & epoxy coat 14
6. Join plank panels, install planking, filet joints, tape transoms, sand 31
7. Sole – join, bevel edge, epoxy coat and install 2
8. Seat tops and coamings, fit, epoxy coat and install  5
9. Steam and install gunwales and deck carlins 16
10. Deck – join and install 7
11. Fiberglass bottom, garboards, transom, 3 coats epoxy & sand 15
12. Cabin sides and cabin top – epoxy coat and install  17
13. Coaming & final bits  2
