HOWB 188 – Interview | Pete Leenhouts on Restoration of Riptide – a 47′ Bridgedeck Cruiser Built 1927 by Schertzer of Seattle

by admin on November 19, 2016

Today’s podcast is a recording I did with Pete Leenhouts at the 39th Annual Port Townsend Wooden Boat Festival in 2015.

Pete is the proud owner of Riptide – his beloved 47′ x 11′ Bridgedeck Cruiser built in 1927 by Schertzer of Seattle. Pete is in the process of a complete restoration of Riptide and she is beautiful and stately!
